ck1971 Platform Agreement

1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ck1971 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "ck1971"). This Agreement governs your use of the website accessible at ck1971.vu and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slot games, crash games, and any promotional programmes offered by ck1971.

By accessing ck1971.vu, creating a user account, making any deposit, placing any wager, or claiming any bonus, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ck1971 platform and close your account.

ck1971 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any revised version constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register for and use a ck1971 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ck1971 strictly prohibits participation by individuals under the age of 18. Underage gambling is illegal and we take all reasonable steps to prevent it.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from ck1971 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of ck1971 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are acting with full legal capacity and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
• You are depositing and wagering funds that belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means.

ck1971 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one ck1971 account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. All accounts found to belong to the same individual may be closed and any balances forfeited without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. ck1971 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

Your ck1971 login credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ck1971 support immediately at [email protected].

ck1971 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals, granting bonus funds, or at any other time at our discretion. Accepted documents include national identity cards, passports, driving licences, and bank or mobile wallet statements. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ck1971 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ck1971 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. ck1971 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which ck1971 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being fully completed. Verified withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one to four hours. Bank transfers may take up to three business days. ck1971 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

ck1971 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement. All transactions are monitored for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ck1971 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on qualifying first deposits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ck1971 promotions:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period only. Any unused bonus funds or associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• ck1971 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be used in conjunction with other bonus offers unless expressly permitted.
• ck1971 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or placing offsetting bets — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports betting markets, casino game outcomes, and live dealer results on ck1971 are governed by the specific rules published for each product. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, ck1971's decision on the application of rules shall be final and binding.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on ck1971 sports markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or shortened, settlement rules as published in the applicable sports betting guide will apply.

Casino Games: Slot games, table games, and crash games available on ck1971 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino games are provided by internationally certified studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and are independently audited for fairness. ck1971 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error has occurred. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck1971 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing any bonus or promotional offer through coordinated, systematic, or dishonest means.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate deposit made to ck1971.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ck1971 staff or other users.

Where prohibited activity is detected, ck1971 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, withhold or forfeit any balance or pending winnings, and report the matter to relevant financial crime or law enforcement authorities without further notice to the user.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck1971 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ck1971 content without express prior written consent from ck1971.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck1971 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether or not ck1971 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck1971 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck1971 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.

In any event, ck1971's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

ck1971 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on ck1971, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ck1971 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security infrastructure to protect user data at all times.

ck1971 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game suppliers to the extent necessary to deliver the services, and only under binding confidentiality obligations.

12 Amendments & Termination

ck1971 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. ck1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including where a user has breached this Agreement, where required by applicable law or regulation, or where ck1971 reasonably suspects fraudulent or unlawful activity. In cases of termination for cause, any balance in the account may be forfeited. In cases of termination without cause by ck1971, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

You may close your ck1971 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded subject to completion of KYC requirements and standard withdrawal processing times.
